This Refund Policy explains how refunds work across Zerostic's professional services and products. It should be read with our Terms of Service and your specific order or statement of work (SOW), which prevails if there is any conflict. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
1. Custom development & professional services
- Engagements are scoped and billed against milestones in a proposal/SOW.
- Advance payments and deposits reserve our team and cover initial work; they are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Completed or delivered milestones are non-refundable. Fees for work in progress are payable up to the point of cancellation.
- If you cancel before any work starts, we will refund amounts paid, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
2. Subscriptions (JAI and recurring services)
- Subscription fees (e.g. the JAI service fee) are billed for the current period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
- Provider API / token usage (e.g. AI model consumption) is passed through at cost and is non-refundable, as it is consumed in real time.
3. Managed hosting & ongoing services
Recurring hosting/management fees cover the service period in advance. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges; fees for an elapsed or current period are non-refundable.
4. Mobile app purchases (Good Morning)
Purchases and in-app purchases for our Google Play apps (such as Good Morning) are processed by Google Play and governed by Google Play's refund policy. Please request those refunds through Google Play; we can assist where appropriate.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@zerostic.com with your order/invoice reference and reason. We aim to review eligible requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of services pending resolution.
7. Discretion
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law. We may grant goodwill refunds at our discretion; doing so does not waive this policy.
