Zerostic ("Zerostic", "we", "us") is a technology studio based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, across our websites, our client portal Zerostic Studio, our AI assistant JAI, our mobile apps (including Good Morning), and our professional services.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, email, phone, company, and similar details you provide when you contact us, request a quote, or use Studio.
• Project information — briefs, documents, requirements and other materials you share for an engagement.
• Payment information — payments are processed by third-party gateways. We receive transaction status and limited billing details. We never store your full bank account or card details on our servers.
• Product data — content and interactions within Studio and JAI (including documents and messages you provide so JAI can answer grounded in your data), and app data for our consumer apps.
• Usage & device data — log data, device/browser information and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) collected to improve our products.

2. How we use information

We use information to deliver and manage engagements, operate and improve our products, process payments, provide support, communicate with you, ensure security, and meet legal obligations. Data collected depends on the specific product or service you use.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent, except:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean and similar), payment gateways, and AI model providers used by JAI (e.g. Google Gemini) to process your queries.
• Aggregate, non-identifiable data that may be shared with business partners.
• Legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

4. Talent network

For our talent network (Zerostic Developers), identity and verification documents are handled under privileged, admin-controlled access and used only for vetting and participation. They are not shown to clients.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. User data is stored on our servers, with the exception of confidential account credentials. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You can request to access, correct or delete your account and personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal and contractual limits.

7. Cookies & analytics
